COME AS YOU ARE.

I’M IRIS.

I see therapy as a process, not a fix-it or a how-to. A homecoming. A discovery. A relationship that matters.

I work with people in the wake of trauma, deep in grief, feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or stuck. People longing for more peace and safety, and who are ready to make sense of their story. If you're here, that desire to reach out is already something. A glimmer of self-worth and a seed taking root.

I show up with warmth, hope, and a genuine belief that every person who walks through this door already carries what they need to thrive. To witness the unique unfolding of who you are is the honor of this work.

Maybe you’RE…

I CAN HELP YOU WITH:

YOU WERE NEVER MEANT TO CARRY THIS alone.

However you've arrived, you are not broken. The ways you've coped, adapted, and kept going are not the problem — they are evidence of how hard you've been working to keep it together.

Therapy offers a chance to finally understand and be understood. A witness to a journey that is entirely your own.

Here, the goal isn't to become someone new. It's to reconnect with what has always been there, and to reclaim the parts of yourself that have been disregarded, cast away, or left without a voice.

Here’s how to get started

Reach out

You don't have to have it all figured out to take this first step. A free 20 minute consultation is a chance to share about what’s been going on for you, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for how I work.

01

Lay the groundwork

Our first session is less about diving in and more about getting oriented together. I'll take time to understand what's bringing you in, begin to map the landscape of your inner world, and start establishing the foundation — the relationship, the resources, the sense of safety — that deeper work is built on.

02

Notice what shifts

From there, we move at your own pace, on a path that is entirely yours. Gently and collaboratively, we begin to attend to the wounded, unresolved, and stuck places — the parts of you that have been waiting for attention. Healing is possible, and it begins here.

I’D BE HONORED TO BE A PART OF YOUR JOURNEY.
