Individual Therapy
Standard rate: $175 per session (50 minutes) Extended session: $300 (90 minutes).
Note: all hypnotherapy sessions are 90 minutes.
Sliding Scale
I offer an income-based sliding scale on a limited basis. If you are able to pay the full rate, I kindly ask that you do — this allows me to continue offering reduced rates to those who need it most.
In-Person & Virtual
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to best accommodate your needs and schedule. There is no difference in fees for in-person and virtual sessions.

Payment
Payment is accepted via cash, card, or check and is due at the time of session.
Insurance
I am currently out-of-network with all insurance providers and do not accept insurance directly. However, I am able to provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that this process requires a clinical diagnosis and reimbursement is dependent on your individual plan and benefits. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network coverage prior to beginning services.
