What I collect

When you submit the consultation request form on this site, you provide your name, email address, phone number, preferred method of contact, and any additional information you choose to share. This form is not intended for sensitive or protected health information, and a note to that effect is included on the form itself.

This website is hosted by Squarespace, which may also collect technical data automatically — such as browser type, device, and pages visited — through cookies and analytics tools. I do not control this data collection. You can review Squarespace's privacy policy at squarespace.com.

How I use it

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, schedule a free consultation call. It is not used for marketing, sold to third parties, or shared with anyone outside of what is necessary to operate this practice.

Storage and security

Form submissions are received and stored through Squarespace. Client records and any clinical information are managed through SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant electronic health records platform. I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of internet transmission is completely secure.

Third parties

This site uses Squarespace for hosting and form processing. No other third-party data processors are used on this website.

Your rights
